SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
After your tracking information has been updated by the courier provider, you may track your order via our website or by clicking “View Your Order” in the confirmation email.
If you are unable to track your shipment, please contact us with your tracking number. We will try our best to assist you within 1 working day.
SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA (DOMESTIC SHIPPING)
- FREE shipping is available within West Malaysia for orders above RM150.
- Delivery to East Malaysia is charged at RM30 for the first 2kg. Additional charges may apply for heavier shipments.
- Estimated delivery timelines:
- West Malaysia: 3 to 5 working days
- East Malaysia: 5 to 7 working days
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
- Delivery delays may occur during public holidays, festive seasons, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellations due to change of mind will not be accepted. This does not affect your rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products under applicable consumer laws.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the delivery destination and parcel weight.
- Estimated international delivery timelines are between 5 to 10 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
- Delivery delays may occur during public holidays, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellations due to change of mind will not be accepted. This does not affect your rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products under applicable consumer laws.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon arrival of the shipment.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or control these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary between countries.
- If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes and is returned to us, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or losses incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
