SHIPPING

After your tracking information is updated by the delivery company, you will be able to "Track your order" via our website, or simply click 'View your order' in the email once the tracking information is updated by the courier provider.

SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA (DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT)

• Shipping is FREE within West Malaysia for every purchase above RM100.
• We provide delivery to East Malaysia at RM 50 for the first 5 KG. 
• West & East Malaysia is estimated to be delivered for 5 to 10 working days.
• After your package has been delivered you will receive the tracking number via e-mail.
• Delays would be expected during public holidays.
• When your order is shipped, we do not accept cancellations of order.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Shipping is FREE to Singapore for every order above RM 350 (approx. SGD 115.50).
• We provide delivery to Singapore at RM35 (approx. SGD 11.55) for the first 1 KG. Subsequently at RM 25 per KG.
• International shipping is estimated to be delivered within 5 to 10 working days.
• After your package has been delivered you will receive the tracking number via e-mail.
• Delays would be expected during public holidays.
• When your order is shipped, we do not accept cancellations of order. 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

• Any customs or import duties shall be charged as soon as the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges shall be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
• Unfortunately, we have no control over the charges and can not tell you the prices, because tariffs and import duties differ greatly between countries.
