RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Canopy Home. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
Returns requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect item;
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery;
- The item is incomplete or missing components;
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- Proof of purchase must be provided (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation);
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging;
- All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, certificates, tags, complimentary gifts, and promotional items must be included;
- The item must not show signs of use, damage, alteration, or mishandling caused by the customer.
2. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied:
- Mattresses;
- Beds and divans;
- Assembled furniture;
- Customised or made-to-order items;
- Bed linen;
- Pillows;
- Duvets;
- Towels;
- Candles and diffusers;
- Personal care products;
Change-of-mind returns are strictly not accepted, including:
- incorrect selection of colour, size, model, or specifications;
- product does not meet personal expectations;
- finding the product cheaper elsewhere;
- purchases made on behalf of another person who no longer wants the item.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please contact us at with:
- your order number,
- proof of purchase,
- photos/videos of the item (if applicable),
- description of the issue.
You may also visit any of our retail stores for assistance.
Our team will review the request and may require additional information before approving the return.
4. INSPECTION & APPROVAL
Returned items will be inspected within seven (7) working days from the date we receive the returned parcel.
We reserve the right to reject any return request that:
- does not comply with this policy;
- involves used, damaged, or altered products;
- contains incomplete packaging or missing accessories;
- appears fraudulent or abusive.
If the return is approved, we will process either:
- a replacement,
- store credit, or
- refund to the original payment method,
depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
5. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- defective products,
- incorrect items shipped,
- damaged items caused during delivery.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If a return request is rejected, additional delivery charges may apply for returning the item back to the customer.
